About the role

Intel is looking for an AI Model Optimization Engineer to boost the performance of AI workloads on Intel hardware. You will work across AI frameworks, software stacks and silicon to benchmark, debug and fine‑tune models, ensuring they run fast and accurately for customers worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Validate, benchmark and optimise AI models on Intel platforms.
  • Analyse performance data to uncover optimisation opportunities.
  • Debug issues spanning frameworks, software layers and hardware.
  • Design and run tests that verify model accuracy and speed.
  • Collaborate with software, hardware, compiler and architecture teams.
  • Contribute code, bug fixes and documentation to internal and open‑source projects.

Eligibility
