About the role

Firstsource Solutions is seeking an AI‑native Full Stack Developer to build and enhance web applications using Java/Node back‑ends and React/Angular front‑ends. The role blends traditional software engineering with generative‑AI tools to accelerate delivery of intelligent features for a global, agile product suite.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements into technical designs, leveraging AI assistants to draft specifications quickly.
  • Develop full‑stack solutions with Java/Spring Boot or Node/NestJS and React or Angular, following SOLID and secure coding standards.
  • Act as the human‑in‑the‑loop for AI‑generated code, reviewing and refactoring outputs to maintain quality and security.
  • Implement intelligent components such as RAG pipelines, LLM integrations, and vector stores (e.g., PGVector, Pinecone).
  • Maintain CI/CD pipelines, Docker containers, and Kubernetes deployments on Azure or comparable clouds.
  • Write comprehensive unit tests and participate in a global agile delivery model.
