About the role

We are looking for fresh graduates to join EXL as Back Office Executives in Uttar Pradesh. The role focuses on supporting digital operations, handling data entry, processing transactions, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day business workflows. No prior experience is required, and you will receive on‑the‑job training.

Responsibilities

Process and validate data related to client operations.
Maintain and update digital records and reports.
Assist in routine back‑office tasks such as documentation and filing.
