About the role

The Video KYC Analyst will work in Citi’s Operations – Transaction Services team, focusing on cash‑management products. Based in Chennai, the analyst will verify customer identities through video KYC, support transaction processing, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This full‑time position is open to fresh graduates.

Responsibilities

Conduct video‑based KYC verification for commercial card customers.
Assist cash‑management operations by reviewing and processing transaction documents.
Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to compliance guidelines.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve KYC‑related queries.
Provide timely updates on verification status to stakeholders.

Eligibility

Graduation batch 2025 or 2026 (any discipline).
No prior work experience required.
