Software Engineer (Cloud & Production Engineering)

About the role

Docusign is hiring a Software Engineer for its Cloud & Production Engineering team at Bangalore. This role is a great opportunity for BE/B.Tech and M.Tech Computer Science graduates to help design, build and operate core messaging and caching services that power secure, reliable and scalable experiences for over 1.5 million customers worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and test features in the events, cache and queues platform under senior guidance.
• Contribute to internal client libraries and SDKs for Azure Service Bus, Google Cloud Pub/Sub, Kafka and Redis.
• Implement metrics, logging and tracing, participate in root-cause analysis and automate operational tasks.
• Review designs and code with teammates and learn best practices for distributed systems.
• Write unit, integration and functional tests to ensure high quality and maintainability.

Eligibility

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a BE/B.Tech, ME/M.Tech or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related technical field.
• Strong CS fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, problem solving), programming in Java, C#, Python or Go, and familiarity with distributed systems and networking concepts.
