About the role

Zamp is looking for an AI Solution Analyst – AI Workflows to work on building digital employees for the future of work, unlocking human creativity at scale.

Responsibilities

Translate customer and internal business process requirements into workflow specifications
Use internal AI tooling to generate code and assemble workflow logic and automation
Validate workflows end-to-end — from design through testing, to production rollout and performance monitoring

Eligibility

0–2 years of professional experience (including internships) in business/analyst roles or equivalent
Undergraduate degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) strongly preferred
Proficiency in basic programming (e.g., Python, JavaScript)

Skills

Strong problem-solving skills, clarity of thought, and structured approach to workflow or process modelling
Initiative and ownership mindset: thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and proactively drive results
Strong communication skills and customer orientation
