Responsibilities

Design, build, test, and support highly reliable batch and streaming data pipelines on Goldman Sachs’ modern Lakehouse platform.
Work extensively across ingestion, schema evolution, and data curation layers to deliver scalable data products optimized for complex analytics and financial AI use cases.

Eligibility

1+ years of professional data engineering experience.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant quantitative discipline.

Skills

Robust hands-on coding proficiency in either Python or Java.
Excellent working knowledge of SQL, including deep query performance tuning, optimization, and complex diagnostic analysis.
