Software Engineer

About the role

Verint is looking for a Software Engineer to design and scale enterprise-grade applications within a leading global provider of customer engagement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to and own the full engineering lifecycle—design, development, testing, deployment, and performance monitoring—across Verint’s global software portfolio.
• Write clean, secure, and maintainable code to deliver new product enhancements following modular architectural practices.
• Ensure rigorous adherence to functional and non-functional quality standards before software components are pushed to production.
• Proactively identify system technical debts or potential deployment risks, and propose structured alternative solutions to management.

Eligibility

• Must hold a regular full-time Degree or Post-Graduate qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent technical computational stream (B.E / B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech).
• Solid mastery of at least one modern programming language (such as Java, Python, C++, or C#) along with a strong understanding of fundamental Algorithms and Data Structures.

Skills

• Clear baseline understanding of fundamental computer science concepts, including Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs), Operating Systems, and software architectures.
• Practical comprehension of modern software development life cycles, particularly Agile systems and framework operations.
