About the role
Deutsche Bank is looking for an Associate Application Owner to lead the end‑to‑end management of a critical banking application in Pune. You will ensure the solution stays secure, compliant and performant while coordinating with internal teams and external vendors. The position blends technical oversight with governance, risk and audit responsibilities, offering a balanced mix of operational and strategic work.
Responsibilities
- Drive disaster‑recovery planning, review DR plans and lead execution of recovery drills.
- Oversee internal and external audits, remediate findings, and manage IAM and security incidents.
- Monitor application health, capacity and performance using bank‑wide tools and handle user‑access provisioning.
- Coordinate server procurement, activation, decommissioning and plan hardware/software upgrades.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, vendors and cross‑functional teams to resolve gaps and ensure compliance.
- Document application details for self‑assessment and policy adherence.
