About the role

The Graduate Apprentice – Process Automation & Finance Intelligence is a hybrid position that blends business execution, corporate finance, and software engineering. You will act as an internal transformation engineer, removing manual bottlenecks, analysing financial data, and building AI‑assisted automated pipelines.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Business Execution team to standardise and automate reporting processes.
  • Develop resilient, modular scripts and workflows using Python or similar tools.
  • Integrate AI capabilities to enhance data processing and decision‑making.
  • Support the Chief Operating Office and USCC leadership with expense‑discipline analysis.
  • Maintain version control and ensure error‑handling in all automated solutions.
