About the role

The Quality Analyst will lead and execute quality assurance activities across Caterpillar's manufacturing sites, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and internal quality standards while driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Implement, maintain, and improve Caterpillar’s Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001.
  • Conduct internal, system and process audits to verify compliance.
  • Analyze quality metrics and lead root‑cause investigations using tools such as RCCA, 8D, FMEA, and APQP.
  • Support new product introductions by establishing testing standards and validation plans.
  • Coordinate training programs and mentor staff on quality tools and techniques.
  • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers and customers to mitigate product and process risks.
