Responsibilities
- Create and manage end‑to‑end testing plans for data reports, exports, and study deliverables.
- Validate that requirements and protocol specifications are clear, testable, and aligned with clinical trial standards.
- Perform data entry and generate comprehensive positive and negative test cases.
- Execute qualification testing on data mappings, verify customer data clarifications, and track defects to closure.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Document test results and maintain structured test artifacts.
Eligibility
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in software quality assurance, data testing, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of professional experience in QA or data testing.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
- Experience using defect tracking tools such as JIRA.
- Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and strong organizational abilities.
