About the role
The Digital Transportation Analyst will own reporting for North America ground transportation, creating and refining dashboards that give visibility into operations, KPIs and performance. Based in Bangalore, the role works closely with global teams to automate processes, apply analytics and support the transportation management system.
Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain PowerBI/Tableau reports for the North America Ground Transportation team.
- Automate data flows and apply analytical models to drive continuous improvement.
- Handle a global ticket queue, troubleshoot system issues and ensure the TMS and related tools run smoothly.
- Collaborate with implementation and business teams to configure systems to meet defined standards.
- Map and document end‑to‑end transportation processes and train internal users.
- Support project‑based initiatives that enhance transportation efficiency and establish global standards.
