Front End Developer (Remote LATAM)

About the role

Atmosera is looking for a senior front‑end developer to own and evolve the user interfaces of its internal tools while gradually taking full responsibility for Power BI reporting. The position is fully remote across Latin America, offering the chance to shape both UI experiences and data‑driven dashboards for a fast‑growing Microsoft‑partner consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive front‑end components using React, JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
• Build, update, and own Power BI reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and visual consistency.
• Manage the end‑to‑end report‑deployment pipeline, including automation scripts written in Python.
• Collaborate with engineering, client‑facing, and data teams to translate requirements into functional UI and reporting solutions.
• Define and document naming conventions, templates, and best‑practice standards for reporting across programs.
• Identify and reduce manual, brittle steps in the deployment process to improve reliability.

Eligibility

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a front‑end developer.
• Proven expertise in React (or a comparable framework) and modern web technologies.
• Hands‑on experience with Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and semantic modeling.
• Working knowledge of SQL and comfort with Python‑based automation.
• Fluent written and spoken English for cross‑functional collaboration.
