Senior Frontend Software Engineer

About the role

Archy is seeking a Senior Frontend Software Engineer to lead the development of AI‑enhanced React and TypeScript interfaces for its dental practice management platform. You will own feature delivery, ensure performance and stability, and collaborate closely with backend engineers to create a seamless experience for dental professionals.

Responsibilities

• Drive the release of major frontend features and manage the full production lifecycle for assigned domains.
• Integrate AI tools such as Claude to automate repetitive tasks and boost development velocity.
• Design and refine AI‑powered user interfaces that are intuitive and high‑performing.
• Work hand‑in‑hand with the Java Spring Boot backend team to guarantee smooth data integration.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor peers, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Identify and implement process enhancements to increase team efficiency.
• Estimate effort and plan development work to meet quality and timeline goals.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience as a frontend engineer.
• Proven track record of releasing production‑grade features and maintaining frontend health.
• Strong customer‑centric mindset with the ability to understand dental practice needs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Skills

• Deep expertise in React and TypeScript.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS (plus).
• Solid understanding of testing, performance optimization, and code maintainability.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to improve development workflows.
• Familiarity with backend integration, especially Java Spring Boot.
