Associate Analyst, Supply Chain Planning

About the role

Analog Devices is looking for a fresh graduate or early‑career professional to join its Supply Chain team in Gandhinagar. The Associate Analyst will support day‑to‑day supply‑chain operations, analyse performance data, and help design permanent improvements while collaborating with analytics and system teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor key supply‑chain metrics and devise actionable plans to address recurring issues.
• Troubleshoot complex planning challenges and recommend effective solutions.
• Design and implement new supply‑chain functionalities and processes aligned with business goals.
• Enhance data analytics, establish data‑governance practices, and automate routine tasks.
• Provide day‑to‑day support to system users, maintaining documentation of processes and procedures.

Eligibility

• Graduated with a BE in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Operations Research or Production.
• 0‑3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation abilities.
• High sense of ownership and ability to drive cross‑functional improvements.

Skills

• SQL / PLSQL
• Python (preferred for automation and ML tasks)
• Tableau and advanced Excel for data visualisation
• Basic understanding of machine‑learning concepts
• Problem‑solving and process‑optimization mindset
