Front End / Full Stack Engineering Manager

About the role

Agoda is looking for a seasoned engineering leader to head its front‑end and full‑stack team in Bangkok. You will guide a group of developers to build scalable travel platforms using React, TypeScript and Redux, while enjoying a hybrid work model and relocation assistance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a front‑end engineering team to deliver high‑quality travel solutions.
• Architect and develop scalable web applications with React, TypeScript, Redux and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with product, design and backend teams to define feature roadmaps.
• Ensure code quality, performance standards and best practices across the team.
• Drive technical decisions and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Eligibility

• Minimum 8 years of professional software development experience.
• Proven track record in leading front‑end or full‑stack teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a hybrid environment.
