About the role

Agoda is looking for a seasoned engineering leader to head its front‑end and full‑stack team in Bangkok. You will guide a group of developers to build scalable travel platforms using React, TypeScript and Redux, while enjoying a hybrid work model and relocation assistance.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a front‑end engineering team to deliver high‑quality travel solutions.
Architect and develop scalable web applications with React, TypeScript, Redux and JavaScript.
Collaborate with product, design and backend teams to define feature roadmaps.
Ensure code quality, performance standards and best practices across the team.
Drive technical decisions and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Eligibility

Minimum 8 years of professional software development experience.
Proven track record in leading front‑end or full‑stack teams.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a hybrid environment.
