Fullstack Frontend Architect

About the role

We are Noon, building AI‑powered design tools for product teams. As a Fullstack Frontend Architect you will be the technical anchor of the frontend organization, driving performance, real‑time collaboration, and architectural excellence across large canvas‑based editors while mentoring engineers and shaping the roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Define module boundaries, state/data flow, rendering strategy, and extensibility.
• Lead the frontend roadmap via RFCs and architecture reviews, balancing speed‑to‑market with maintainability.
• Own performance across large documents, long sessions, and memory usage.
• Set standards for testing, CI quality gates, observability, and release reliability.
• Collaborate with Design, Product, and Backend on API design and distributed system trade‑offs.
• Mentor engineers and elevate frontend engineering craft through code reviews and workshops.

Eligibility

• 10+ years of professional experience building large‑scale web applications.
• 2–4 years owning frontend architecture and technical strategy.
• Mastery of React and TypeScript for complex, high‑performance UIs.
• Proven experience building large editors or complex UI systems (canvas, node‑based editors, multi‑pane layouts, timelines).
• Deep expertise in modern state management (Zustand, Recoil, Jotai, Redux) and reactive programming.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize performance, memory management, and rendering bottlenecks.
