Senior Full Stack Engineer

About the role

Deel is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design and deliver a highly scalable payroll and HR platform serving the APAC and EMEA regions. The position is fully remote and requires deep expertise in both front‑end and back‑end technologies.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement end‑to‑end features using React and TypeScript on the client side.
• Build and maintain server‑side services with Node.js and Express, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and uphold best coding practices.
• Ensure the platform complies with regional payroll regulations and security standards.

Eligibility

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in full‑stack development.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote, global environment.
