Senior Software Development Engineer - Frontend

About the role

Delta Technology Hub is seeking a senior front‑end engineer to create and scale high‑performance web experiences for Virgin Atlantic’s digital channels. The role involves building features with React, Next.js and GraphQL, shaping design systems, and ensuring reliability across production environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer‑facing web applications using React, Next.js and GraphQL.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers and back‑end engineers to deliver cohesive user experiences.
• Champion a scalable design system and promote headless CMS patterns such as Adobe AEM/AEP.
• Drive best practices for performance, security and accessibility across the front‑end stack.
• Provide L3 support, handle production triage and implement observability measures.

Eligibility

• Minimum of 4 years of professional front‑end development experience.
