Over time the company grew its product suite both organically and through acquisitions including Altruista Health (now GuidingCare) in 2020, The Burgess Group (now Source) in 2020, and Wellframe in 2021. In 2020 HealthEdge was acquired by Bain Capital Private Equity, which has supported continued investment in product, AI, and operations.
