ZS Associates is looking for Decision Analytics Associates to join its Insights & Analytics group across several Indian cities. The role involves building statistical models, performing data‑driven analyses, and delivering actionable insights to clients. Candidates can be fresh graduates or have up to three years of experience in quantitative fields.

Responsibilities

Develop advanced statistical models to address client business challenges.
Apply analytic techniques using R, Python, SAS, Tableau, VBA, or Excel.
Design custom analyses and visualisations for client projects.
Present findings through written reports and oral presentations.
Maintain client relationships and provide project status updates.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to capability building.

Eligibility

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any discipline with strong quantitative coursework (e.g., operations research, statistics, data science, engineering).
0‑3 years of relevant post‑graduation experience or fresh graduate status.
Fluency in English and ability to work in a team environment.
