About the role

Pearson is hiring fresh graduates for an Apprentice – Data Analytics position that will support the Content and Student Digital Delivery team. The role involves preparing, cleaning and analysing data, building dashboards and reports, and assisting AI‑driven automation projects across multiple locations in India.

Responsibilities

Collect, cleanse and transform data from various sources using Python (pandas) and SQL.
Perform exploratory analysis and deliver accurate outputs within set timelines.
Develop and maintain dashboards and recurring reports in Power BI or Excel.
Support AI and automation initiatives by preparing datasets, testing outputs and documenting results.
Follow documented analytical workflows, maintain version‑controlled records and update job aids.
Identify data quality issues, communicate findings and escalate anomalies to the supervisor.

Eligibility

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative, computing or analytical discipline (e.g., B.E., B.Tech, B.Sc, BCA, MCA, M.Tech).
Graduates from the 2024, 2025 or 2026 batches, or any recent pass‑outs.
0–2 years of relevant experience or equivalent internship exposure.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
