About the role

ZS Associates is looking for analytical minds to join as Business Technology Solutions Associates. The position bridges client business challenges with technology, focusing on data‑driven solutions using SQL, Python and cloud platforms across major Indian hubs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and client teams to design and deliver high‑quality technology solutions.
• Interpret complex business problems and convert them into robust technical designs.
• Develop and optimise features using SQL and Python while adhering to best practices.
• Apply Agile or Waterfall development methods, including unit and integration testing.
• Leverage AI‑assisted tools for rapid SQL generation and code optimisation.
• Guide junior members and contribute to project implementation planning.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Analytics, MIS or related fields.
• 0–3+ years of experience or fresh graduate status.
• Strong grasp of algorithms, data structures and RDBMS concepts.
• Good verbal and written communication for client interaction.
• Willingness to travel between offices as project needs dictate.
• Academic excellence demonstrated through grades or projects.
