Business Management & Automation Analyst Apprentice

About the role

Deutsche Bank is offering a 12‑month apprenticeship in Pune that blends business management with automation. The apprentice will support headcount reporting, turn raw data into actionable insights, and build automated dashboards using Excel and Power BI. The position provides hands‑on exposure to data‑driven decision making while learning industry‑grade tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and analysing resource data to spot trends and gaps.
• Create and maintain visual dashboards and reports with Power BI and advanced Excel.
• Automate recurring reporting tasks and Excel‑based workflows to boost accuracy.
• Collaborate with the team to translate business needs into data solutions.
• Apply AI‑assisted tools responsibly to improve productivity.

Eligibility

• Graduates or final‑year students in Computer Science, IT, Data Science or similar fields.
• Academic or project experience with automation, data analytics, Python, Power BI or Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools ethically.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Skills

• Python programming, especially Pandas and NumPy.
• Advanced Excel functions, Power Query, and Power BI.
• Familiarity with Power Apps or Power Automate (advantageous).
• Analytical mindset with a keen interest in process automation.
