About the role

Netflix is expanding its Game Lifecycle Engineering team in Warsaw to build developer‑facing web applications, desktop tooling, and backend services that power the end‑to‑end game experience for millions of members. As a senior full‑stack engineer you will shape the architecture, drive technical solutions across the stack, and ensure a seamless developer experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship full‑stack features from concept through production, covering backend services, APIs, and UI components.
• Modernize and integrate existing tools into developer workflows, improving reliability and usability.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross‑functional stakeholders to define solutions and influence product direction.
• Participate in on‑call rotation, lead incident reviews, and continuously improve system resilience.
• Mentor teammates, champion best practices, and reduce technical debt across the codebase.

Eligibility

• Minimum four years of professional software development experience.
• Strong track record of owning complex features from ideation to deployment.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Skills

• Frontend: React, TypeScript, JavaScript, state‑management patterns, design‑system integration.
• Backend: Node.js, Java, Go, Python, RESTful API design, micro‑services.
• Experience with AI‑assisted coding tools and agents is a plus.
• Familiarity with in‑house frameworks, cloud services, and CI/CD pipelines.
