About the role

Zinier is seeking a Technical Lead for its Platform Frontend to drive the design and delivery of AI‑enabled field service solutions. The role blends deep frontend architecture expertise with an AI‑native mindset, guiding a team to build scalable, high‑performance interfaces using modern web technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the frontend engineering team in designing and implementing platform features.
• Define and enforce architectural standards for React, TypeScript, and Redux based applications.
• Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices.
• Collaborate with AI and automation engineers to integrate intelligent capabilities.
• Ensure performance, accessibility, and reliability of the user interface.
• Work closely with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Eligibility

• Proven experience leading frontend projects and teams.
• Strong command of React, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Redux.
• Understanding of AI‑driven automation concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
