About the role

Xylem is seeking a seasoned HRIS Product Owner to lead the Workday Time Management suite, covering Time Off, Leave of Absence and Time Tracking. Based in Bangalore with a hybrid work model, you will partner with HR, the transformation office and external vendors to translate business needs into robust, scalable configurations that enhance employee experience and HR efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, design and configure Workday Time Management solutions while ensuring compliance with internal policies.
  • Run discovery workshops to shape optimal solutions and maintain a product roadmap using agile practices.
  • Collaborate with IT and external partners to deliver enhancements and resolve issues.
  • Monitor new Workday releases, propose improvements, and enforce governance standards across the platform.
  • Create training material, support first‑level teams and act as second‑level functional/technical support.
  • Manage periodic reconciliations and ongoing maintenance of Time Management data.

Eligibility

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology or a related field.
  • More than three years of hands‑on experience with Workday Time Off, Leave of Absence or Time Tracking.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving and project‑management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
