About the role
Glomo is looking for an Associate Product Manager or Product Manager to work directly with the founders on its regulated cross‑border payments platform. Based in Bangalore, the role blends product ownership with client‑facing sales activities, driving merchant onboarding, feature definition and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery calls and demos, map merchant needs to Glomo’s suite, and collaborate with sales to close deals.
- Gather market and merchant feedback, shape the product roadmap and prioritize features with the product team.
- Write clear PRDs and user flows, partner with engineering and design to ship features.
- Guide merchants through integration, onboarding and compliance, removing blockers across ops and risk.
- Monitor usage metrics, identify drop‑offs and iterate to improve adoption.
- Ensure all solutions comply with IFSCA, FEMA and LRS regulations by working with compliance and legal teams.
Eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience, including a client‑facing sales role such as account executive, inside sales, pre‑sales or enterprise business development.
- MBA from a recognized Indian business school.
- Strong communication, structured thinking and writing ability.
Skills
- Proficiency in running discovery calls, demos and handling objections.
- Comfort with data analysis using Excel and basic SQL.
- Effective use of AI tools for research, analysis and spec creation.
- Ability to discuss technical product aspects, APIs and integrations with engineers.
- Fast‑paced ownership and follow‑through mindset.
