About the role

Wipro is hiring fresh technology graduates for a Graduate Engineer Trainee position in Gurgaon, Haryana. The role is centred on manual testing of Wipro’s Total Benefit Administration (TBA) system, involving test‑case design, data preparation, system configuration and defect resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse client requirement documents and translate them into test scenarios.
  • Prepare detailed test cases and corresponding test data.
  • Configure tables and parameters in the proprietary TBA system as per analysis specifications.
  • Execute manual test runs, compare actual results with expected outcomes and log defects.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot identified issues, including stress‑testing the system.
  • Collaborate with global teams, communicate status updates and escalate blockers when needed.

Eligibility

  • Graduated with B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, IT or Electronics & Communication Engineering, or an MCA degree.
  • Entry‑level candidates with no prior work experience required.
  • Must clear a gate assessment before the interview.
  • Willingness to sign a 12‑month service agreement.
  • Available to work five days a week, day shift, from the Gurgaon office.
