About the role

Vedantu is seeking a Technical Support Associate to join their team in Bangalore. The role involves providing technical assistance to customers, resolving issues, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive tier-1 and tier-2 technical assistance across multiple support flows
Inspect, diagnose, and clear persistent performance bottlenecks linked to software application anomalies, operational hardware faults, browser conflicts, or localized network delays
Maintain absolute responsibility over customer incident timelines, following up with internal technical groups and external clients systematically until complete structural resolution is confirmed

Eligibility

Bachelor's degree completion across any technical or non-technical discipline
Preferred Engineering Tracks: Specializations in B.E / B.Tech, B.Sc (Computer Science, IT, or Electronics), M.Sc (Computer Science / IT), or any professional graduate certificate representing robust underlying knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting frameworks

Skills

Familiarity with cross-platform operating system troubleshooting routines encompassing Android, iOS, Windows, macOS, and Linux infrastructures
Familiarity with diagnosing desktop computers, personal laptops, modern smartphones, and tablets
Understanding of web browsing technologies, network cookie paths, data caching configurations, and standard mobile applications
