About the role

The Chat Support Associate works as the first point of contact for learners via chat, handling learning‑administration and Workday LMS queries. The role involves end‑to‑end resolution of incidents, mass‑upload tasks, and basic reporting while maintaining high accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Record, diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve or route chat and email incidents within defined scope.
Manage unplanned service interruptions for non‑voice channels to restore normal operations quickly.
Handle learner queries related to course enrolment, registration, cancellations, rescheduling and certification discrepancies.
Execute learning‑admin transactions such as course setup, user enrolment, roster updates and training‑completion tracking.
Perform mass‑upload and access‑related requests with strong data accuracy.
Generate basic reports on training activity and respond to scheduling mailbox items within SLA.
Conduct root‑cause analysis for simple issues and escalate complex cases with full documentation.

Eligibility

Any graduation degree (B.A, B.Com, B.Sc, B.Tech or equivalent).
0 to 1 year of experience in learning administration, service desk, helpdesk or chat‑based customer support.

Skills

LMS administration and Workday LMS familiarity.
Mass‑upload handling.
Service‑desk and ticketing system experience.
Strong written communication and fast typing.
Ability to follow SOPs, FAQs and maintain accurate chat documentation.
