About the role

Teleperformance is hiring freshers for a Chat Support Associate role in Hyderabad. Candidates will handle real‑time customer queries via chat, using the Versant VWT‑58 platform and must demonstrate at least B2 level language proficiency. The position is full‑time and suitable for recent 10+2 graduates.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through chat channels, ensuring timely and accurate assistance.
• Use Versant VWT‑58 tools to assess and maintain communication quality.
• Follow prescribed scripts and guidelines to resolve issues.
• Document interactions in the support system.
• Meet daily chat volume and quality targets.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors for continuous improvement.

Eligibility

• Completed 10th + 2 (or equivalent) education.
• Batch years 2024, 2025, 2026.
• Minimum B2 language proficiency (Versant VWT‑58 score 58).
• No prior work experience required (0‑2 years acceptable).

Skills
