About the role
Qualcomm is looking for a fresh graduate to join its Hardware Engineering team in Bangalore as an STA Engineer Associate. You will assist in planning, designing, verifying, and testing electronic and RF systems, while collaborating with cross‑functional groups to bring new products to market.
Responsibilities
- Apply hardware fundamentals to support the design, verification, and testing of electronic, mechanical, and RF/optical systems.
- Help integrate new features into hardware designs following product roadmaps.
- Conduct simulations and analyses to optimise power, performance and area of designs.
- Work with teammates to implement emerging test solutions and address new requirements.
- Assist in evaluating manufacturing processes and reliability of materials and components.
- Identify potential design flaws or compatibility issues and suggest corrective actions.
- Prepare technical documentation for hardware projects.
Eligibility
- Minimum: Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in the same fields.
