About the role

Synopsys is offering a 12‑month onsite apprenticeship in Hyderabad where fresh graduates will work on cutting‑edge high‑speed serial link design and verification projects. The program provides hands‑on experience across digital and analog domains, enabling rapid data transfer solutions for consumer and enterprise products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and verify high‑speed serial link designs for inter‑chip, intra‑chip, and peripheral communication.
• Collaborate with the Solutions Group to perform functional verification using industry‑standard methodologies.
• Apply digital and analog design principles to address challenges in sub‑micron fabrication and datapath convergence.
• Contribute to product enhancements that meet strict protocol and industry specifications.
• Participate in verification, validation, and packaging activities within the apprenticeship ecosystem.

Eligibility

• Completed B.E or B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering or a related discipline.
• Graduated in the 2025 or 2026 batch.
• Not currently enrolled in or completed any M.Tech or postgraduate diploma.
• No full‑time employment history (limited internship experience acceptable).
• Strong fundamentals in digital and analog electronics.

Skills

• Proficiency in Verilog and SystemVerilog.
• Understanding of digital and analog design concepts.
• Familiarity with verification methodologies such as UVM, OVM, or VMM.
• Good problem‑solving ability and eagerness to learn new technologies.
