Senior Systems Associate

About the role

Infosys BPM is hiring a Senior Systems Associate for its Bangalore office. The role focuses on building Python‑based automation tools that integrate with Microsoft Office suite, SAP, mainframe, and web technologies. You will work closely with clients and operations teams to capture requirements, develop, test, and deploy solutions that streamline daily business processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Python utilities that interact with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, SAP, and mainframe systems.
• Implement web‑scraping and automation scripts using Selenium and related libraries.
• Engage with clients to gather and document business requirements.
• Write, test, and deploy code on operational floors, providing post‑deployment support.
• Create user manuals, case studies, and documentation for the tools you build.
• Analyze existing processes to spot automation opportunities and conduct feasibility studies.

Eligibility

• Graduate degree (any discipline).
• Graduation batch years 2025 or 2026.
• 0‑1 years of relevant experience (freshers welcome).

Skills

• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience with Selenium for web automation.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access.
• Familiarity with SAP and mainframe interaction.
• Ability to perform data analysis and create automation scripts.
