About the role

Join HCLTech in Noida as a Campus Beginner where you will assist the team with project, research and documentation activities. You will help collect and analyse data, prepare reports and presentations, and complete training modules to build foundational professional skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in various project tasks, including data gathering, analysis and documentation as directed by supervisors.
• Conduct research on assigned topics, compile relevant information and present clear findings to aid project work.
• Create, organise and update documentation, reports and presentation materials required for team initiatives.
• Complete designated training modules and actively engage in workshops to enhance relevant competencies.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while adhering to project guidelines and seeking clarification when needed.
• Review finished work for accuracy, maintaining the quality standards set by the team.
• Collaborate closely with team members, attend meetings, contribute ideas and maintain effective communication for successful project delivery.

Eligibility

• Graduates from the 2025 or 2026 batch (freshers).
• No prior work experience required.
