Finance & Business Management Analyst

About the role

JPMorgan Chase is hiring a Finance & Business Management Analyst for its Mumbai office. The analyst will work within Business Change Management, handling request creation, monitoring progress, and maintaining process documentation while supporting on‑boarding, off‑boarding and ad‑hoc requirements for CIB employees.

Responsibilities

• Raise requests in internal systems such as ServiceNow, IBID and Ariba to fulfil on‑boarding, off‑boarding and ad‑hoc needs.
• Track and chase requests to ensure they are completed within SLA deadlines.
• Develop and maintain process‑dependent artefacts like manuals, templates and audit tracking tasks.
• Execute validation and control activities as defined in standard operating procedures.
• Participate in projects aimed at expanding scope, improving controls, and increasing efficiency and productivity.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic qualification.
• Fresh graduate (0‑1 years of experience) with high attention to detail.
• Strong adherence to SOPs and ability to manage multiple deliverables.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Familiarity with VBA/Macro development (advantageous but not mandatory).
• Experience using ServiceNow, IBID and Ariba platforms.
