About the role
Wells Fargo is hiring a Trade and Transaction Reporting Associate for its Bengaluru office. The position is a full‑time role aimed at fresh graduates from the 2025‑2026 batches, offering a salary between ₹9 LPA and ₹15 LPA per year. You will support the end‑to‑end lifecycle of institutional trades and assist with a range of back‑office operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational and customer support throughout the trade lifecycle.
- Assist with client onboarding, cash‑payment entry, monitoring and funding operations.
- Handle custodial activities, securities settlement and structured‑loan asset servicing.
- Perform general‑ledger reconciliations and resolve confirmation and ISDA issues.
- Gather data to aid issue resolution and follow manager guidance within defined parameters.
- Collaborate with peers and managers to achieve team goals.
Eligibility
- Fresh graduates from the 2025 or 2026 batch.
- Willingness to work onsite at the Bangalore (Bengaluru) location.
