About the role

UST is hiring for the role of Software Developer (Embedded) at its technology center in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain embedded software applications for hardware platforms including Arduino and Raspberry Pi.
• Implement real-time concepts using RTOS frameworks across C, C++, Python, and Java applications.
• Validate and assist in designing Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) for embedded product solutions.
• Perform functional testing and debugging of hardware-software integration components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional product development teams to deliver reliable and optimized firmware solutions.

Eligibility

• B.E / B.Tech in Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics, Computer Science, or allied engineering streams.
• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience. Freshers with strong project work in embedded systems and microcontrollers are highly encouraged to apply.

Skills

• Programming Languages: Strong proficiency in C, C++, Python, and Java.
• Embedded Systems & Firmware: Sound knowledge of Embedded Systems architecture, Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS) concepts, and functional testing.
• Hardware Prototyping: Hands-on experience working with microcontrollers and prototyping platforms like Arduino and Raspberry Pi.
