About the role

UST is hiring for the role of Software Developer (Embedded) at its technology center in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Design, develop, test, and maintain embedded software applications for hardware platforms including Arduino and Raspberry Pi.
Implement real-time concepts using RTOS frameworks across C, C++, Python, and Java applications.
Validate and assist in designing Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) for embedded product solutions.
Perform functional testing and debugging of hardware-software integration components.
Collaborate with cross-functional product development teams to deliver reliable and optimized firmware solutions.

B.E / B.Tech in Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics, Computer Science, or allied engineering streams.
0 to 2 years of relevant experience. Freshers with strong project work in embedded systems and microcontrollers are highly encouraged to apply.

Programming Languages: Strong proficiency in C, C++, Python, and Java.
Embedded Systems & Firmware: Sound knowledge of Embedded Systems architecture, Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS) concepts, and functional testing.
Hardware Prototyping: Hands-on experience working with microcontrollers and prototyping platforms like Arduino and Raspberry Pi.
