About the role

UST is hiring an Associate I – Production Support across its India locations for graduates looking to start a career in IT support and operations.

Issue Resolution: Understand the application/feature/component and resolve related issues raised by business users.
Monitoring: Monitor, triage, and resolve all issues related to systems, applications, and infrastructure tools in production.
L-2 Support: Identify, diagnose, and resolve L-2 issues for end users over phone, chat, and email.
Standards: Resolve production issues following standards and security guidelines with minimal support.
Stakeholder Interaction: Interact effectively with stakeholders across channels, articulating clear inputs.
Automation: Optimize efficiency, cost, and quality by identifying automation and process improvement opportunities.
SLA Compliance: Ensure support requests are properly logged and resolved per Service Level Agreements.

Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech, BCA, MCA, or equivalent graduate degree.
Batch Year: 2024, 2025, and 2026 graduates can apply.
Technical Skills: Understanding of application/infrastructure support, troubleshooting, and ticketing tools.
Communication: Good communication skills for handling end-user queries over phone, chat, and email.
Mindset: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to follow security guidelines and SLAs.
