About the role
TransUnion is seeking a Developer to build and maintain backend API components for its fraud detection platform. The role involves designing APIs, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and ensuring security and data protection while staying current with AI/ML and full‑stack trends.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend API services for fraud detection.
- Design and implement APIs that integrate multiple micro‑services.
- Work with teams across the organization to deliver high‑quality software.
- Participate in the full software lifecycle, focusing on coding, debugging, and testing.
- Apply security protocols and data‑protection measures in all solutions.
- Keep up‑to‑date with emerging AI/ML, fraud detection, and full‑stack technologies.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum three years of experience as a .NET Full‑Stack Developer.
Skills
- Proficiency in .NET, ASP, C and C#.
- Experience with data streaming tools such as Apache Kafka and Spark.
- Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
- Ability to develop RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS) and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes).
