Training Basket has opened applications for the position of Associate Software Developer at its technical facility in Noida, India. This off-campus drive is targeted at ambitious Freshers holding degrees in engineering and computer applications who are determined to launch an impactful career trajectory in full-scale software engineering.

Responsibilities

• Application Development: Build, deploy, test, and maintain robust software modules aligned accurately with explicit client requirements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with business and product engineering teams to gather, break down, and analyze complex technical specifications.
• Architecture Implementation: Design and write efficient, clean, readable, and well-documented software solutions that scale seamlessly under production stress.
• Quality Assurance & Debugging: Execute thorough internal component testing and systemic debugging routines to assure exceptional stability and application quality.
• Technology Continuous Learning: Actively track, explore, and integrate emerging computing trends, coding methodologies, and new software frameworks.

Eligibility

• Academic Qualifications: Must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or closely allied branches (B.Tech, B.E, M.Tech, or MCA).
• Programming Core Foundations: Comprehensive structural understanding of at least one mainstream backend or frontend programming language, such as Java, C++, Python, or JavaScript.
• Engineering Fundamentals: Basic conceptual exposure to object-oriented programming principles (OOPs), relational databases, and data structures.
• Analytical Core: Strong aptitude for logical thinking, algorithm design, and rapid technical debugging loops.
