About the role

The Associate Provisioning & Configuration position is an entry‑level role based in Chennai, focused on supporting telecom and ISP services. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience will handle order management, service readiness, and coordination with suppliers to ensure smooth delivery for international customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in telecom/ISP projects with 0‑1 years of relevant experience.
• Apply basic knowledge of telecom standards and protocols.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools for documentation and reporting.
• Coordinate tasks logically and maintain effective communication.
• Deliver services to international customers and ensure their readiness.
• Manage end‑to‑end order processes for seamless delivery.
• Work with suppliers to secure field resources for priority orders and follow escalation procedures.
• Maintain strong verbal and written communication with stakeholders.

Eligibility

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience in the telecom/ISP domain.
• Good team player with a focus on customer satisfaction.
