About the role
State Street is seeking an Associate‑level Investment Performance Analyst in Bangalore to support global delivery operations for its investment analytics business. The role involves performance attribution, data reconciliation, and close collaboration with performance measurement, risk, operations and technology teams.
Responsibilities
- Analyse absolute and relative portfolio performance, including security selection, asset allocation and currency effects.
- Reconcile and update portfolio and benchmark performance, investigating discrepancies at transaction, position and pricing levels.
- Extract, validate and load data from multiple vendor systems into performance, risk and analytics applications.
- Ensure data completeness and accuracy across performance and risk tools.
- Communicate findings and answer queries from analysts, operations staff, portfolio managers and other stakeholders.
- Work flexible hours, often coordinating with US‑based colleagues to resolve urgent issues.
