About the role
SRM Technologies seeks a seasoned Backend Developer to create robust, high‑performance services using Python and FastAPI. The role involves designing APIs, managing databases, and ensuring security and scalability, primarily for fintech or regulated domains.
Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain backend services with Python and FastAPI.
- Build secure, scalable RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and micro‑services.
- Design and tune database schemas in PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices.
- Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of systems.
- Write clean code with unit and integration tests and collaborate in Agile sprints.
