About the role
Societe Generale is looking for a Specialist Software Engineer focused on AI engineering for its Sherpa platform in Bangalore. The role involves building and enhancing knowledge graphs, applying large language model techniques, and collaborating with data lineage and functional teams to deliver AI‑driven insights.
Responsibilities
- Transfer existing Knowledge Graph capabilities to the CFT/DAR framework.
- Maintain and improve the Neo4j graph database.
- Design and enrich knowledge graphs from functional documentation.
- Apply LLM methods to extract entities, relationships, and context.
- Use graph data to suggest data lineage linkages and support macro‑level lineage creation.
- Continuously fine‑tune the solution based on feedback from data lineage and functional teams.
