Sr. Frontend Heavy Full Stack Developer & Technical Lead

About the role

Smart Working Solutions is seeking a senior frontend‑heavy full‑stack developer who will also act as a technical lead. The role focuses on designing and building next‑generation React/TypeScript frontends, integrating with AWS‑backed services, and guiding the team through architectural decisions while working fully remotely across India.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product management to define timelines and clear definitions of done.
• Translate the UX vision into incremental, high‑quality code releases.
• Maintain clean, maintainable code while reducing implementation complexity.
• Contribute to the design of a new frontend framework and its architecture.
• Set up, monitor, and improve CI/CD pipelines.
• Define frontend requirements for backend/API development.
• Foster a collaborative culture emphasizing adaptability and technical excellence.

Eligibility

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience with React and TypeScript.
• At least 4 years of UI/UX development experience.
• 3+ years of integrating REST or GraphQL APIs.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with AWS services.
• 1+ year of experience in any backend technology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to mentor peers and contribute to architectural decisions.
