Associate Software Engineer

About the role

SanDisk is seeking a fresh graduate to join its Bangalore engineering team as an Associate Software Engineer. You will work on building and maintaining applications across iOS, Android, Windows and macOS, while shaping architecture, CI/CD pipelines and code quality standards. The role offers exposure to end‑to‑end product development and mentorship opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate technical direction for mobile and desktop development initiatives.
• Design and implement scalable architectures, frameworks and best practices for iOS, Android, Windows and macOS apps.
• Lead the creation and upkeep of CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to enable rapid releases.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of code quality and continuous learning.
• Establish coding standards, conduct thorough code reviews and ensure production monitoring.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to identify risks and drive modern development methodologies.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s (B.E/B.Tech) or Master’s (M.E/M.Tech) degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduate (0‑1 years of experience) eligible to work in India.
