About the role

Salesforce is hiring an Associate Technical Support Engineer for its Global Voice Support team in Hyderabad. The role is office‑based, night‑shift, and focuses on delivering front‑line technical assistance to customers worldwide, leveraging AI‑driven tools to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

Provide phone, email, and chat support for Salesforce customers, handling queries on user, data, reporting and dashboard management.
Document all interactions and case details within the Salesforce platform.
Escalate complex issues to Professional Services or Account Executives when needed.
Follow established support processes while suggesting AI‑enabled improvements.
Adapt to rotating 24/7 shift schedules and maintain high professionalism under pressure.

Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related technical discipline.
Fluent in English (written and spoken) and proficient in French; French certification is a plus.
12‑24 months of experience in voice or product support, or any customer‑facing role.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
